how does winterboard work?

Now i understand that winterboard uses priorities to work so if u what no icon labels then u put that above the theme, and tick it.

If I wanted to use "Deep" themes icons but the GoldHypno background how would i do this?

Could somebody please write a tutorial on how to use it i have tried google and the search but no joy.
