How durable is usb-c ports on MBP 2019?

MBP 15" / 2019. How durable is USB-C ports? Can i constantly plug in/out my cables without worrying about broken/loosen ports?

I don't see why the port design for the 2019 model would be any different from the 2016 model, which I have. I plug and unplug the charging cable and other peripherals from mine almost every day and they still work perfectly after three years.

Not a MacBook Pro. But someone has a Youtube video stating they did 8,000 USB connect/disconnect on a phone with no issue.

FWiW, the ports on my 2018 MBP 15" seem fine after connecting or disconnecting at least twice a day for a year. I use the system ports to not only change the system, but also to connect for projector and connect to charge my phone.
