iPhone 14 Pro How easy is it to switch between phones with iPhone 14 and esim?

I have always used my SIM card to change phones. I normally go between a IPhone 13 Mini and a Pro Max, but sometimes I trade off and use my Pixel 6. I am with T-Mobile and spoke with two different customer service reps and got two different answers. Can switching between my phones be done as it was with the SIM card?
