How easy to use OS X really is...

i convinced my mum and step dad to get a 12" iBook. Now they're preaching to the unconverted (i.e. they're converted). My mum was saying the other day that things just seem to make more sense on the mac than on windows. She still asks me questions, but they're simple things she's overlooked because she's used to things being harder on windows.

That is very impressive for a grandmother her age. It is so rewarding to observe how someone opens up their world by participating in the various activities that a computer allows them to. She clearly benefitted from having a good family resource like you and I hope she enjoys everything for years to come.

Thank you She's pretty awesome, the youngest 82 year old I know. She travels all over the place, swims every day and so on. She'll be around the next decade I think...
