    hello Community
At first i have to say that i am from germany and i hope you will unterstand my english.
I am an exchange student en mexico for one year. And in 1 or 2 weeks i will go to McAllen/Texas with my Hostfamily.
I would like to buy a Macbook but i'm still not sure, if i should wait till i return to germany or if i should do it in McAllen. Can someone tell me how much does a Macbook and the ACPP in Texas cost?
Do you think that they will have a macbook with a german keyboard?

Go to Apple.com/store, select the model of the macbook that you want plus Apple care, and add 8.25% to the total. The 8.25% is the sales tax, and the price of the macbook is the same in the online store as retail stores. And no, they will no have a German keyboard, only NA English.

    No,not 1,228.50 euro
1.299 plus the tax off 8.25 is 1.406 and that are only 976 euro.
    Okay, Thank you.
But you dont know how much the ACPP cost?

    What's ACPP?
    And which MacBook?
Like, do you want it to have the new aluminum closer, the plastic white MacBook, and what are the specs you want of it?

AppleCare (in the US) for a MacBook is $249 plus the sales tax.

Like teflon said, you can simply take the prices from the online store (http://store.apple.com) and add 8.25% to them to figure out the total price.
