How fast do SSDs run on MacBooks 1,1 - 4,1?

I'm trying to find out how fast SSDs run on old MacBooks, specifically, the 1,1 to 4,1 models. If anyone can run a Blackmagic benchmark for me, I would truly appreciate it.
