Going to Tokyo for a holiday next month. I'm planning to pick up an 11 inch Macbook Air 4GB ram 256GB when I visit the Apple store in Ginza. I would like to upgrade the ram to 8GB but the problem is I arrive on Thursday afternoon and fly out on Monday. Is it possible to get it by Sunday or Monday? is it three business days for delivery or three days? Thank you.

You can't, buy to order is only available online, and is built in china and delivered to store from there.

Sometimes they have the max spec models in store so they may well have an i7 8GB 512 SSD but I doubt they'll have a i5, 256/8Gb in store

Thanks for this! will check the price or stick with 4GB. I just need a computer to dump raw files while on the field.

If you arejust using it to store images and check through them check out the rMB it is configured with 8GB and a 256 SSD as standard and it has a lovely retina screen that will make your images pop.

I'm actually thinking about it but buying the extra adapters and the lack of dedicated SD card slot for that price is a bit of a turn off. Both 11 inch MBA and 12 inch MBR is perfect for my camera bag. Gave up on the iPad to view and delete photos. I currently use the 13 inch MBP with Retina. I love it but the only stupid decision I made was limiting the storage to 256Gb, Thanks for the advice!
