How get a brand new iPhone instead a refurbished one

So, here is my story with iPhone 5..

First one: had a problem to home button. replaced with a refurbished
Second one: had a problem with the screen. replaced with a refurbished
Third one: had a problem with the battery. replaced the battery

Now this third one seems to have signal problems..

So, I'm tired to get refurbished and apparently always defective devices.

Here are 2 videos where they say "after the 3rd one refurbished, they will give a BRAND NEW one"

So.. Is there any Apple policy? So next time I'll go to apple store I can ask for a brand new one?

I don't know if it's the policy but I got a new unit in retail box with plastic wrap after having problems with 3 replacement 4s, nearly 8 months ago.

BTW, I called Applecare instead of going into an Apple store.

I didn't bought the applecare+, does it works for me too?

hmmm, i'm in australia, so i just called the apple support number listed on apple australia page. i didn't have applecare protection plan. there is no applecare+ in australia and at the time, there wasn't an apple store in my city, that might be the reason why i got the phone replaced via mail for free, well 3 times, then they just gave me a new unit.

in regards to getting a free brand new unit, i don't think it has much to do with whether you have applecare+. as long as you are under warranty and keep getting phones with problems, you might have a chance. just call apple and complain, see if they will give you a new unit instead.
 
I got my iphone replaced 2 already I have an appointment this week bc I'm having problems will I get a new one or refurb since it's been 3 times

What kind of problems are you having?

It'll likely be a refurb, but you could always ask them given the past issues. I've found that refurbs are generally of as good if not better quality than brand new units.

Wifi is dropping, battery and messages won't send. I talked to them last week and they refuse to replace it idk why they won't they say restore will fix I did that and told them

I have had 5 iPhones and never had a problem, as much as i like them if i had your problem i would be getting something else, especially as i would have to mail in.
