How has the iPad changed your life?

It has lowered my self-esteem because it constantly reminds me how much weight I put on. It might as well say "grow another chin, fatty!"

Other than that I love it and the glossy, glossy screen.

While im not sure if i could say its changed my life its been a life saver on many occasions and has generally made life easier in a million different ways

Main incident that comes to mind was the first day it arrived. My Dyson hoover stopped working, used it to get troubleshooting advice while sitting on the floor with the hoover in peaces trying to get it working. Then when i called Dyson and told them about it they didnt take my word on my date of purchase, thankfully i had my iPad next to me which let me email the original invoice to them.

It comes in very handy when using the phone, either getting info or taking notes. I've used it to help diagnose network faults, share important files and remote onto servers wherever i am (i'm an IT Engineer)

on a more personal note its great as a reference guide if you want to do a quick IMDB or Wikipedia search while chilling out or if i wanna read a book.

When i preordered it i though it would be a fun, if slightly expensive toy buts became much more convenient than any laptop i've ever used. great stuff
