How high do you set your brightness on the new 17" uMBP?

How high do you guys set your brightness on the new unibody 17inch MBP?

I have mine on full brightness..

Are my eyes the only ones that get dry at max brightness on any laptop let alone the new unibodies?

Maybe it's my body's safey precaution against glasses because all I do is stare at multiple screens and my eye sight is perfect.

Usually full brightness during the day and in low light situations in the evening usually 2-3 notches down from full. I like bright displays.

i hate bright displays.
i almost never go over 50% on my 15" ubody.
but i also have all screens even TV set a bit dimmer.

+1. The screen is too amazing not to have it on full brightness, which reveals it's deep colors and high gamut

+1 for auto, if i put it on full brightness during the evening it hurts my eyes, and during the day only full brightness will suffice.

I ususally keep it at 1-2 dots (from the bottom not the top). 3 in extreme cases but much more than that and it's like staring at the sun.
