Are my eyes the only ones that get dry at max brightness on any laptop let alone the new unibodies?

Maybe it's my body's safey precaution against glasses because all I do is stare at multiple screens and my eye sight is perfect.

Usually full brightness during the day and in low light situations in the evening usually 2-3 notches down from full. I like bright displays.

Full when connected to power source.

    Half when on battery power.

+1. The screen is too amazing not to have it on full brightness, which reveals it's deep colors and high gamut :)

+1 for auto, if i put it on full brightness during the evening it hurts my eyes, and during the day only full brightness will suffice.

I ususally keep it at 1-2 dots (from the bottom not the top). 3 in extreme cases but much more than that and it's like staring at the sun.
