This is a question specifically for those of you who own a iPhone 12 mini and charge it with the Apple MagSafe charger + 20watt adaptor.

Would you say the phone gets uncomfortably hot, or only very warm? (please indicate whether you are charging the phone with a case or sleeve, or charging it without any case/sleeve).

How would the heat generated compare to charging the phone with a wired with a Lightning cable + 20W adaptor?

12 Mini with Apple leather MagSafe case and charged with MagSafe charger using 20 watt adapter. The phone gets warm, not hot. I’ve never charged it with lightning and 20 watt.

Mine is warm I still use it. Its definitely warmer than even fast charging on pd usb-c to lighting.

Yes, when charging with a cable, the phone is much cooler versus charging wirelessly.

That's obviously going to be the case.

Magsafe/wireless charging is a much less efficient way to charge a battery compared to using the cable.
