How I can Download videos with a better resolution ??

I Downloads several Videos from the Internet to use them on my Apple Tv but most of them has a poor Video quality, is there any software to convert them to a better quality

You cannot add quality: the data was thrown away when it was converted.

You have to download better files originally. Quality cannot be added after.

YouTube now supports 720p and 1080p videos, but I suppose you're looking for full length movies.
