How i can use ARD3 with VNC Base Windows

Now I setting RealVNC on my Windows box

but when i try to control that box by using ARD3

This box will show

please tell me what i must do

Hello,

In order to allow the connection from your Mac computer, you have first to authorize the remote connection on your Windows plateform.

Right click on the Computer's icon
Then Properties -> Remote control
At this point you have just to activate the 2 options Remote Desktop and Remote Assistant.

Note that you have to use your Mac admin login and password to connect.

And that's it 🙂

But I think that the best way is using the new Microsoft's software

Windows remote desktop control for Mac2.0

I'm using it on my side and I hane no problem.
