Following the helpful hint from here , http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1019041&tstart=0

I still could not connect, but then I noticed my Static-DNS setting in my iPhone still had my router's 192 ... ip, and this was not matching with the DNS info that is on my router's summary page, so I went ahead and deleted this router address from my DNS field, then magically, everything works!

Hopes this helps those out there with iPhone/Belkin problem. And oh yeah, WHAT A PHONE!

YAY, finally got it to work!!
I changed my auth scheme to WPA2 instead of WEP and my iphone connects without any problems.
