How iOS 26 works on iPhone 14 Pro?

Hello, for those who have already tried the RC of iOS 26, how does it work on iPhone 14 Pro? Are there any slowdowns in using the iPhone? Thank you

So far it works great, but I have to mention: the 14Pro is not my daily use phone. I use the 16Pro and the 14Pro is my test device to test beta's.

I haven't restored to a fresh iOS before updating the software in quite some time... I have a 14 pro, is this still a necessary activity before upgrading iOS?

It feels great on my 13 pro, so 14 pro will be a slightly better experience. Animation speed has been increased which is nice. No noticeable stutters or slowdowns.

I updated to iOS 26, nice update, I really like it and the iPhone 14 Pro handles it very well, in some things it even seems faster than iOS 18

Spouse updated 14PM to iOS 26 and she said tell me everything new I won’t notice. She would have complained if there was a performance issue.

14 Pro checking in - can confirm this. The increased animation speed was the first thing I noticed and I appreciate it as it makes the phone feel more responsive.

Yes, works fine on my 14 Pro as well.
