How is 10.2 on iPad Pro 9.7

since 10.2 i bluetooth has been screwed on mine.

if i connect my pencil and cycle bluetooth i have to reconnect it and pair again. airpods wont even connect to it.

People say it is more stable jailbreak on 10.2. I didn't jailbreak mine though.
