How is 10.2 on SE?

on 9.3.3 jailbroken but seriously debating 10.2 on SE

dont want stock os performance dips or battery life degradation .

will jailbreak on 10.2 too if I make the leap, before window closes

You can't go to 10.2 you can now only update to 10.2.1

So updating to it is the way to go the SE gives superb performance my dad has and its a beast on 10.2 and 10.2.1
