If you mean make it yourself. Nearly impossible unless you have multi million dollar equipment to make the circuitry.

If you mean for Apple to make, probably a little harder than standard electronics manufacturing.

I should also say, making and designing are very different. To make it it isn't too bad, but to design it from scratch, incredibly difficult and complicated.
