Than how come Apple sued SamEsung for patent infringement?

I said stock Android, not Samsung's touchwiz interface which was thing to be found infringing.

As I use both I notice a few things right off the bat.

Control Center. Quick access to to your settings without leaving an app. Wifi, Bluetooth, screen brightness, etc

App preview multitasking. Swipe away to close apps.

Parallax. Aka live wall papers that function via accelerometers.

There are a couple small things too but the things I listed are pretty big things coming to iOS IMO.

These are the ones I've noticed as well. Even the iPhone jailbreak community has had something very similar to control center for what? 5 years?

Both have icons, notification center, etc ..... this is what they have in common.
You could say same thing about WP, Bada and so on ....
Use iOS and android for a couple of days and you can see by yourself they are a completely different league.

Secondly - Are you talking Samsung hardware of software? I thought this thread was about Google Android?
