How is IOS4 on the iPhone 3G?

Hi,

Been busy these past few weeks and I haven't had time to update my 3G firmware. I've been hearing bad things about IOS4 on the 3g with people saying that it's very slow and that apps crash.

So how is it really? Should I update it now or just wait until Apple release a fix?

Slog and laggy as hell, if you haven't upgraded I suggest you don't go as far as 3.1.3. I have a 3G that I'm trying to downgrade but I cant seem to.
