For those that have the regular iPhone 13 how is it treating you? Does it work how you’d expect? Decent camera? Do you wish you for the pro or are you happy with it? I love the pink color.

It treats me well thanks.

Perfect size and weight. Pros felt too heavy for me and comically large cameras don’t look great. Don’t care about 120hz on a 6 inch screen either.

I wish I’d have just stuck with the regular 13 when they came out. I LOVED the pink too, but had been wanting to go pro, which I did, mainly because of the macro option on the camera. However, I would’ve likely been perfectly content with the 13. I’ve just recently sold my 13 pro and purchased a 13 mini, mainly because I plan to upgrade this fall (will get a pro if they’re indeed notchless), and wanted to try the smaller phone for a while. I plan to pass it on to my granddaughter. I got the pink, and I absolutely LOVE the color. ;-p

I can tell you though - if it weren’t for the pro going notchless this year, I’d likely just get a regular 13 to keep a few years - good size and weight.

I got my iPhone 13 three months ago today, and am very happy with it. It’s small enough to be easily slipped into a pocket, but large enough for my oldish 69 year old eyes. Everything works, it’s faster than heck, does “Apple” expertly (things like AirDrop), has a great camera, and is quite a step up from my old 8 Plus. Mine is blue, and I have a new iPad Air Gen 5 which is a matching blue too. My 8 Pluss was a “5 year phone” which I kept for 4 years, and the 13 is my “5 year phone” that I’ll keep for 5 years barring any surprises.

No complaints. Promotion and camera upgrades weren’t game changers or deal breakers for me. Pictures are great for what I need to capture

I got pink!

Like almost all apple devices it should have 2x the RAM, but it’s fast and mostly good.

My battery is degrading without even using it much, wireless charging doesn’t always keep it totally charged up while using it , which is worrying.

Safari has a great interface, but increasingly is buggy. I don’t even use it any more, it just randomly opens and closes and replaces tabs.

Interesting. I haven’t experience battery issues. As for browsing I haven’t used Safari at all besides the first day maybe before I downloaded Chrome

Chrome had its share of bugs those first few weeks though

Had 2 pros that I had to return for issues but I got a chance to try them out. I ended up with a 13 non pro and like it fine except for a random connection issue. But having tried both I like the non pro better. Takes great pics and video, feels better in hand and I couldn't tell the diff between 120 and 60 , seem the same to me so that was not a factor.

How does the battery compare on the 13 vs the 13 Pro?

I only had the pro - now I have the mini. I never got the regular 13. I just wish I hadn’t bothered with the pro for the 13. I’m gonna want the 14 pro if they lose the notch because I’m one of those people that just doesn’t like the notch, but the 13 pro wasn’t really worth it to me.

Pro battery was really good for sure.

Nice little humblebrag. He said regular 13

Regular 13 doesn’t have pro motion

Yeah and I was stating it was not something that was going to make or break me deciding to opt for a 13 pro/max instead my regular 13.

If I had a pro I wouldn’t have bothered commenting in this thread, seeing the title clearly states “(regular)”

Also do see how/where there’s a humblebrag in there but alright

How is the iPhone 13 (regular) treating you?

My phone doesn’t treat me in any particular way. Though I treat my phone pretty badly and quiet abusive, pouncing on with my fingers dropping it cooking it in direct sunlight. I’ll probably be going to prison when the woket@rdz include iPhones in their warped reality and make illegal to offend this inanimate object.
