How is the iphone 4s standby time?

How is the iphone 4s standby time compare to :
iphone 3g , iphone 3gs , and iphone 4?

300 Hours for iphone 3g 3gs 4, but in reality, they do not. Maxmium 7 days standby(7*24=168).
So I want real trial for iphone 4s standby time.
