How is the iPhone "8" considered to have an "edge to edge" display?

How? I see plenty of bezel in th mock-up we've seen.

It's not, technically. But does away with traditional sized bezels.

Apparently they'll be 4mm, which should help with gripping & not accidentally touching the screen.

Also good for those of us intending to house the thing in a case & maintain the handy lay-on-the-table lip around the edge.

The bending issue was rectified with the 7000 Series aluminum with the 6s.

It's the simplest terminology to describe the bezels. No one is going to type 4mm bezel iPhone. It's the bezeless iPhone, or edge to edge

You ever try to bend glass? Dah......screen is glass, back is glass. Did the 4 and 4s bend? Jeez......
