iPhone 11 Pro Max How is the keyboard situation so bad?

As someone who's always used iOS and Android, Apple's KB is absolute garbage! Apart from the issues already mentioned..swipe typing on my 15PM makes me wanna stab the iPhone!

I assume by the lack of responses that address my questions that:

1. No keyboards with clipboard history
2. No keyboards with symbols next to letters
3. No way to remove padding below keyboardsn

The 11PM I'm trying out is a relatives - they upgraded to a 12. Just trying it out for a couple of days to see what iOS is like nowadays.

I agree that iOS 17.3 feels not much different to iOS back in 2016 when I had a 7 Plus. Too many drawbacks going back to the iPhone, I will stick to Android
