How is the pencil on the smaller iPad?

curious in particular if anyone is finding the drawing canvas small because of menus etc cluttering it up? Although the 12.9" pro probably has twice the physical area of the 9.7", it could have close to 3x the usable drawing space if the apps have lots of menus

I plan to use my pencil for mainly note taking. My favorite note taking app is Notability. I find that an awesome way to take notes. Will never have to bring a pad of paper and pen to a meeting again. At first I wasn't that impressed with the pencil as it bothered my hand due to how long it is. However, I picked up some rubbery pencil grips and now I'm loving it. Such a better experience for me now.

Silly but it works so much better for me - pencil accessories - grips and also the cozy connector so I don't lose my cap.

I had a bunch of old Wacom extra grips that work/fit perfectly on the pencil. Makes it feel a bit thicker and easier to hold.
