iPhone X How is the x for reading

I’m thinking of upgrading my SE mainly because I do like to read on the kindle app while I’m out and about and as much as I love the SE it’s not good for that. With the notch does it interfere with reading?

The X screen is significantly bigger than the SE even with the notch so I’d say it would be an improvement for reading text. The notch has never bothered me from day 1 but, opinions vary and some have a real problem getting used to it. The 8+ would be your best bet for reading content but, if that’s too big and you want the latest tech, the plus sized X will be coming out in a couple of months if you can wait.

Coming from a 6+, I was worried the smaller screen might disappoint. But it didn’t!

The X for me is the perfect size, found the + to big for my liking.

The notch sits above the page, as such. Provides no distraction and the screen is such good quality, that the app provides a great reading experience.

If you can, go into a store and ask the salesperson to download the Kindle app and a sample of a book, so see what you think.
For me it's a non-issue and the experience is excellent.
