How is Word:2008 with 10.5.2?

I had it on 10.5.1 but it seemed buggy so I went back to 2004.

How does word handle spaces and expose window highlighting?

Im speaking specifically about word.

All Office '08 apps are still dog-slow to load for me... Took 50 seconds just to start-up Excel (to the point where I could even click ona particular cell on a new worksheet)...🙁

MY word had worked fine before 10.5.2.
It's working fine now as well. I have been writing an 11 page paper for my law class, haven't noticed any differences.

something else might be going on... I just timed my excel boot up on my MBP and it took 6 seconds

Word 08 works seemingly fine in spaces and expose, as it did before the update. Launching seems the same as before, too.
