ahah I can feel thatDoesn't seem likely, everything that I've read been towards mid / end of year to have a refresh. At least I hope so, since I just purchased a MBA refurb I've also convinced myself that I probably will like the current design more than the predicted redesign too.
Apple doesn't offer trade in where you live? I'm able to get $320 for my 2016 MBP esc. You can get a new MBA on amazon in the US for $899. So basically for around $600 more, the new MBA will blow my existing laptop away in performance. And if a new model is really that much better, I'll upgrade in 2 - 3 years again. I also use my laptop mostly in clamshell with an external monitor, so having a larger and better screen or more features on the laptop itself is not all that important for me. So really depends on your use case.ahah I can feel that
well I'm in the same position where I need a laptop.
just bought the 14 then the 16,and while it's good...it's actually expensive for me .like I have money ofc (otherwise wouldn't have bought it ) but I don't rly take on/assume spending this much...idk
I'd wait for the m2 MBA with redesign (thick bezels bother me lol) but God knows when it'll come and what I should use in the meantime .buying a M1 and reselling...idk,resale is not so good where I live

I have seen MBA being mass produced in janu-feb tho haha but don't remember who it was .hitman maybe ?From right here at MR: "Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that mass production will begin on the new MacBook Air in the late second quarter or early third quarter of 2022. This would suggest a launch sometime around September 2022, but leaker Dylandkt has said the MacBook Air will come in mid-2022."
