Probably Mon or Tues. I don't expect a 100% sell out. More likely is a spot sell out of certain models and at certain stores. But Apple's manufacturer can make 50-60K a day which are overnighted from China so supply should be good.

I am waiting on the 3G iPad myself. Sucks.

I would expect Apple to replenish stock pretty aggressively in the first week or two of availability. Maybe even daily shipments.
