It's usually been a week and a half to two and a half weeks after the keynotes for the iPhones. So it's safe to say it will be released on September 16th or 23rd.

If the preorder is in the 9th, the iPhone would like ship on the 23. Typically two weeks.

Actually, it would be preorder the 9th, ships the 16th. It's a week between preorder and arrival date.

Anything is possible, though. iPhones used to be released in June, so who knows?

Never as long as a month. Always less, usually one to two weeks.

I am betting on a release from 7-10 days after the announcement
