iPad Pro How long after press power button should Apple logo appear?

I’m taking the normal power on sequence.

I have an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 7 Plus, both running iOS 13.3. For both the time it takes for the Apple logo to appear after pressing down the power button when turning them on is about 3 seconds.

I just picked up and iPad Pro 11 and the time for that is about 5 seconds (nearly twice as long as the other devices). If I plug in power, instead of pushing the power button, the Apple logo appears much faster.

Is that normal for a Pro 11?

My iPad Pro (10.5) works the same way. It takes a long time for the logo to appear. No idea why, but it doesn’t affect performance at all.

Besides that, in real life use one would hardly switch an iPad off.

I never turn off my iPad Pro 10.5, but my iPhone 11 Pro Max takes almost 8 seconds (give or take) to see the Apple logo.

Exactly. And that’s unlikely to be very often. At least I hope that isn’t often on the OP’s device.
