How long after window can I still pick up

Turns out I’m going to be in a different state during my pick up window and I forgot that. I should be back by the end of the day. I’m pretty sure that’s fine but I’d like to come back the following day if I would still get my iPhone. Does anybody know what the rules are around the pick up window?

I know I can pick it up later in the day, I just don’t know if I can pick it up the following day.

No. It'll be at least 7 days, maybe 14. You can always online chat a genius, and screenshot it to hold corporate to it 🙂

^This, I would call/chat w Apple and document/screenshot everything.

If you already paid for it and set it for pick up, they typically will hold it 14 days.
