How long at processing?

Hi guys, is it normal for my 27 imac to stay at processing for 17 days or should it have changed by now?

I believe it stays in processing until it states "Preparing to Ship" at which time it is being built and changes are no longer possible. With the delays, I suppose 17 days is within reason. I would read the "Orders in January" thread to get a better idea of when you may get the change in status.

It will stay in "processing" until a couple days before it ships.

Just had an online chat to Apple and they said it was unusual and I should ring customer support, what do Apple know hey 😀
