How Long Before Apps utilize Snow Leopard?

When does everyone think developers will start releasing apps that take advantage of the Snow Leopard technologies (GCD, OpenCL, etc)?

Or does anyone know any developers that are currently working on making apps for Snow?

Lastly, does Apple's apps, like iChat/Mail/Finder, currently take advantage of those technologies (I know their 64-Bit)?

If I had to guess I would say 1 year before we start seeing a bunch of major/minor apps starting to take advantage of everything like openCL
