They up on Amazon now, and they're CHEAPER (like 4%) so the 64GB model is $383.99.

I have 2 problems:

First, Amazon won't ship an iPod do an APO apparently ... is this an Apple rule, or Amazon, or what? Total discrimination.

Second, if I try to have it shipped to a State-side address, it shows up with TAX! Since when does Amazon charge tax? Is there something I need to do to get this to come up without tax?
