How long before we traditionally see refurbs

Hi there. This may have been discussed at great length, and I've just missed it.

But how long does it generally take to see refurbished models of a new product line (2011 mbp in this case)?

With the new Macbook Airs they were released in October and started showing up in January.

It usually takes 2-3 months.
