Is Cocunut battery discontinued or something? It won't show up in the App Store on my iPhone 6S. Was just curious about it.
Yes as other people have mentioned just use the phone and dont worry about the battery! But I checked my 11 Pro Max in coconut battery and it seems to have an extra 100 mAh at 4068 mAh? In this case when I hit 90% capacity I will be around the design capacity which is 3969 mAh (if coconut battery is correct).

The fact your fiancé can go 3 days on a charge shows she’s an extremely light user. Your battery health is strong due to limited number of cycles. Not charging overnight might be a minuscule amount of that, but the main thing is the less you use it the less cycles you put on it. If she had been using 2 cycles a day she would be on her second battery right now no matter how she charged it.I'm thinking that it must be luck of the draw with batteries as I bought my fiancé an iPhone SE in August 2016. Battery life is crazy on this thing - she changes it once every 3 days - never leaves it charging through the night etc. It's charged when it drops to less than 20% and then unplugged when it gets to 100%. Battery health is registered today at 97%. Pretty incredible for a 3.5 years old phone. My iPhone 4S battery lasted 5 years before it dropped heavily. Again, I never left it charging through the night - maybe that's what kills a batteries longevity?
You can't, it's only on Mac, and if you have one, you can download it and plug in your phone. So how does one add it to an iPhone? Apps only install from App Store.
Depending on what Mac OS you are on. But if it's the most recent Mac OS Catalina, then if you connect your iPhone, it will show up on the "Finder". There you can sync and make back ups to the computer if needs be.Last time I plugged my iPhone into my Mac....nothing happened. Well, my phone charged, but nothing else. Apple Music has essentially killed the ability to add music via iTunes unless you pay the subscription to do iCloud sync, and there's no menu for backup and sync. Oh well, welcome to the modern era I suppose...
