I ordered mine on Thursday and got it on Monday, not bad at all.

i didn't use any soap when I applied mine. Cleaned the phone up, washed my hands, set the skin in a shallow bowl that had warm water in it for a few seconds, and then applied it. Once you put it on and its centered, LEAVE IT ALONE! It literally took me 5 minutes to apply all the pieces, and then I went to sleep. Woke up in the morning and it looked great. This is when I got the sides tacked down properly.

I agree with briananderson, the screen is harder to use for scrolling and zooming since its a little "grippy". I like how the phone is easier to grip, but the screen doesn't need this feature. I might try something else in the future for the screen, leaving the rest of the skin on though (its $6, well worth the money, I might get a skin for my laptop, psp, maybe even for myself  )

After reading the reviews and getting some very small scratching from my leather incase on the chrome I ordered mine on Friday. I received it on Monday. I'm in New Mexico so it didn't have to come to far.

Installation went fine. I used some dish soap and warm water, the main back part was on in 5 minutes, then it took about 15 more for the flaps to stick. I used the Power Support Crystal Film for the front. A great combination :) I don't think I'm going to use my leather case any more as I love the look of the phone without the case, but wanted some protection from small scratches as I carry the phone in one of my pockets.

Does this void the warranty?

I believe in this instance I can say absolutely not. If applying an adhesive cover voided the warranty, apple wouldn't sell the things in the stores, I believe.

And, in follow up to my previous post stating that I was a BSE moron...turns out I was. I ordered another set and this time followed the tips from a number of posters. Cleaned the phone, washed my hands, prepared the solution with just a tiny amount of baby shampoo, laid the skin on the surface of the water, lifted it out and let the water run off, the laid the skin on the back of the phone. Adjusted the position slightly, not worrying about the flaps, etc yet, and got the bubbles out from under. Then I let it sit. Over night. In the morning, right out of the shower with clean hands, I pushed the sides and flaps down, they stuck immediately and it was perfect! It looks so good, it was worth the practice round.
