How long did you have to wait for Apple customer service today?

    I called in today to place an order. I was on hold for 2 hr and 45 min,... basically I just have the speakerphone on and do my stuff.

    I did called my rep that I talked to earlier and left a message saying I am ready to purchase. She called me while I was still on hold and after the purchase, I was sitll holding!

    So I kept on holding, trying to see how long it takes to reach someone. But after 2hr and 45 min, I have to go out and so, I had to hang up.

    Did anyone else have this issue?

    hmm strange.... when I bought my Macbook 4 months ago and had some problems with ordering, dont think I had to wait more than 5 minutes... in one case (if my memory recalls correctly) it was under a minute. Guess u were unlucky or called at a wierd time (2 o clock in the morning maybe)

    but thts just my experience...
