How long did your update take?

The first try took over 20 hours before it hung on a 20 minutes-to-completion that lasted for hours. I finally gave up and restarted. Now I'm getting a 3-hour estimate.

Seems ridiculous considering updating my iPhone to 12 took less than 20 minutes.

I'm guessing the update to Watch OS 5. It took me at least 4 hours to download. No idea how long it tool to install after that.
