Apparently Apple sent my box that I am supposed to be sending my Macbook Pro in last Saturday. My father neglected to inform me of this and now it's Thursday. I understand that shipping labels are time sensitive so I was wondering how long I had to send it to Apple before needing to request another shipping label. I made the repair request last Friday and my representative said the box should arrive Saturday or Monday. I wasn't home Saturday so I never got it. He casually remembered it today and I am not happy. Does anyone have experience with this? I hate to be a burden on Apple, much less waste the paper needed for another label. (Not very "green" I guess.) Thanks for any help. I plan on packing it up and taking it to FedEx tomorrow, but I need to know if I need a to renew my shipping label.
