How long do you wait after Big Sur (apparently) dowloaded?

It says it has downloaded 12.18GB out of 12.GB but has done nothing in the last twenty minutes or so. 2015 MacBook Pro 13".
 
Ok, it did eventually start installing. Claims 15 minutes (but we all know that means it's the first 15 minutes 🙂 ).
