iPhone 13 Pro Max How long does Apple take to process an IUP device?

I’m on the iphone upgrade program. I got my 13PM on 9/24, and I received my trade in kit for my 12PM on 9/28. I dropped off my 12PM with FedEx on 9/28, and it’s due to arrive at Apple on 10/4.

How long does it typically take for Apple to process the old device and clear the old citizens One loan after they receive the device?

I shipped back a new duplicate phone. I got an email from Apple the day after they received it (saying that they received it) and that I’d get the refund in about 5 days.
