I filled in my payment details on Thursday around 8 AM central time.

It's like 20+ hrs already.

They've still not shipped it out yet.

How much time does it usually take?

Well, an entire emergency room has a LOT of stuff in it, and you have HIPAA considerations, etc., so I'd say a good month or two, to ensure everything is packed up well, no HIPAA violations created, and nothing broken.
