In my tests:
Music+browsing to select songs: 36:05
Video: 5:35
Wifi (refreshing forum page every 30 seconds or so): 3:45
Games (Koi pond and like 15 minutes of Tap Tap revenge): 3:05
*Brightness at %70 and wifi off (except on wifi test of course), push and location also off.
the frequency with which you refresh or change pages and the kind of pages you visit (data heavy or light) will affect as well.
