How long does it take for a macbook to get here from the Apple Store?

On Monday, June 10, I bought the new Macbook Pro 13". I believe I bought it around 10-11 p.m. that day. I did receive a tracking number and FedEx estimates the delivery to be next week, Monday, June 15. However, Apple states that it delivers by Friday, June 12.

Which one would be more accurate?

I know its only one weekend.. but I was really looking forward to messin around with my new laptop this weekend. Whats your experience with Apple's shipping..

I did "customize" it.. Its basically all the basic configuration except it got the 250gb hard drive instead of the 160.

Yesterday.. It got picked up, left the FedEx facility, and shipping info was sent to FedEx. It has been stuck on this since then. its shipping from shangai, china. (weird.. but w/e?)

umm.. any comments? thanks!

FedEx. They're the ones with your computer in hand. Apple is only going on FedEx's prior estimates.

You said that you have a tracking number. Use that. Good luck getting it for the week-end as I know you will love it...
