I searched for a thread but couldnt find anything.

How long did it take everyone on average?

I have work at 9am so I need to be gone in about an hour.

I read 15 minutes per person, 30 people at a time. Their goal is 100 an hour if you go to an apple store.

i'm curious about this too? I know Apple expects 15 minutes but we need to hear from actual buyer experience. What is the actual process Apple store employee did to activate the Iphone 3G? I saw that youtube video in Japan here in the forum but it skipped some parts so it's not realtime. Even though they're wearing gloves, i'm kinda cringing watching somebody else handling your own Iphone😡 first 🙄 enough of this unboxing post, we need buying and activating process posts...😉

I don't know your location, but my local o2 store said it would take 20 mins max for an iphone upgrade, and 25 mins for a new iphone contract setup.
