spoke to an att agent yesterday and it seems that apple sent the request for the upgrade reversal due to the return of the phone and the automated att system took a dump and didn't process it. They said that iphone launches always overwhelmed their systems. So he had to open an escalated case for me in order to get it reverse. Got a call from another att agent saying that she got the case and verified all the info and that it will take another 48 hours. So... Here i am... Waiting.... And waiting..... Lol
