how long does upgrade eligibility show up if you cancel your Apple Iphone order?

Last year I did the same thing I cancelled through apple and was in a best buy store. My upgrade status showed back up within a minute. Big YMMV
 
I cancelled my preorder on Friday. My upgrade eligibility still hasn't reverted back over 3 days later. 😡
 
Cancelled preorder on 9/12 after I decided to do an at store trade in with my iPhone 4. It is the tenth day, and I am still trying to get it fixed. 😡

I, too, was able to cancel the online order once I put a reservation pass on the 6+ on Launch day. I also got the eligibility back right away as I checked myAT&T app.
 
spoke to an att agent yesterday and it seems that apple sent the request for the upgrade reversal due to the return of the phone and the automated att system took a dump and didn't process it. They said that iphone launches always overwhelmed their systems. So he had to open an escalated case for me in order to get it reverse. Got a call from another att agent saying that she got the case and verified all the info and that it will take another 48 hours. So... Here i am... Waiting.... And waiting..... Lol
