How long from charge to status change?

How long did it take from when the charge appeared on your card until the status was changed on the Apple website and/or shipping notification from UPS?

Got a charge earlier today (noticed about 2+ hours ago) but nothing has changed on Apple's website.

Just curious. Thanks!
